The consultants have collectively served major metals producers including Nucor, U.S. Steel, AK Steel, SSAB, ATI Metals, Alcoa, Kaiser Aluminum, Outokumpu Stainless, Severstal and the Ellwood Group, as well as process-equipment suppliers such as SMS, Danieli-United, AEG-Cegelec, Tippins, Pomini and Morgan.
One example of combined teamwork was the Outokumpu Stainless melt shop in Calvert, Alabama, where team members contributed leadership, structural engineering, infrastructure engineering, 3-D modeling, cooling-water design and claims-resolution support.
